Booking & Packages

Terms & Conditions

Challenge Add-ons including camping, motorhome/campervan pitches, car parking and Friday-night meals, are arranged for the specific challenge event date. As such they are stand-alone services. Challenge Add-ons are non-refundable for cancellations or non-attendance, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Your Challenge Add-on booking confirmation email serves as your ticket for the add-ons, so please keep it and bring a digital or printed copy to the event as
evidence of your booking. If Charity Challenge cancels the event or is unable
to provide your booked Challenge Add-on, we will contact you regarding the
options available, including any refund required by law.

Where is my order booking confirmation?

Once you have booked your Challenge Add-ons (Camping, Campervan, Motorhome, Car Parking or Friday Night Meals) via Shopify, you will receive an email confirmation from Charity Challenge at info@charitychallenge.com, with the subject line: CoppaTrek! Challenge - Order #[number] confirmed.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. We recommend keeping your confirmation email safe, as it contains important information about your booking and serves as your ticket for the challenge add-ons.

Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you on the day, either digitally on your phone or as a printed copy. You will need to show it to a member of the Charity Challenge team when you arrive at the campsite.

Can I book just for one night?

Yes! We offer one night and two night options for Camping Only, Campervan, and Motorhome packages. Choose your preferred duration when booking.

Can I switch my booking from 1 night to 2 nights (or vice versa)?

All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Please select your preferred duration carefully when booking.

Do I need to bring my own tent or campervan?

Yes, all camping guests need to bring their own tents, sleeping bags, mats, and any other personal camping equipment. We recommend bringing a wagon or trolley to help carry your gear from the car park to your pitch.

Are facilities available on-site?

Is electricity available at the campsite?

No. Campervan and Motorhome pitches do not provide electric hookups.

I am camping with a group of fellow trekkers, do I only need to book one tent?
